Thank you for your interest in the Alaska Real Estate Resource Online Education Course. You may complete all 30 hours of Required Post Licensing Education or by the hour as needed. Students may also complete all Continuing Education by the hour to meet the 12 hours of Elective and 8 hours of Designated Education requirements for 2012-2014.

Students are required to have a proctor statement (only one per student not per class) signed by an independent person attesting that the student is the person taking the test. Upon completion of each chapter the quiz must be answered and submitted, a proctor statement must be signed and received and payment made in order to receive the class completion certificates. 

The tuition for the 30 hour Post Licensing course is $360 (which is $12 per hour when taken as a package) or may be taken for Post Licensing Education by the hour for $15.00 per hour. Continuing Education and Designated Education may be taken by the hour for $15.00 per hour. All courses must  be paid for upon registration. Upon full payment of tuition you may begin your class work by selecting the Module or class for Post Licensing or select the desired class for Elective or Designated Education and complete the quizzes. Payment may be made by cash, check, money order, cashier’s check, VISA or MasterCard. You may pay online using Paypal, by clicking the Pay Online button. It will take you directly to the Paypal site and have the necessary payment information form ready to fill in and submit. If paying by check make checks payable to Alaska Real Estate Resource, mail to 200 W.34th Avenue, #687, Anchorage, AK 99503. There is a $30.00 charge on all NSF checks. 

After you register for courses and make a payment, you will have access to online study material along with online quizzes. Once you click submit, the quizzes come directly to me. If  you see a message stating “form successfully submitted” you have a passed your quiz. I will email you the certificates showing your successful completion of your courses.  You will then be responsible for completing any paper work the Real Estate Commission requires.
